Great for change of direction and guard/shadow drills! Two players wear adjustable waist belts connected in the middle by a Velcro strip. One player initiates the movement and tries to juke the other player. Their opponent has to shadow each movement not allowing the nylon strap to tighten. When the 2 straps become detached the drill is over.
